The Northland Model A Breakfast Club started out meeting at HyVee in Gladstone the first and third Wednesdays each month to share technical information. The group soon looked for other ways to show off their cars, so began driving out on Saturday night to meet for ice cream. Soon they were trekking off on road trips together.

Participants include Richard Rector, Thomas McRady, Lee Donius, John Osborn, Tom Beardsley, Bob Sanson, Bill Auch, Ron Anderson, Margaret and Gary Minor, Lyman Ridgeway, Dan Wantland, Bob Dunham, Paul Mann and David Allen.
